Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect design, size, or product received), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to correct the issue promptly.

Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, as production often begins shortly after that time frame.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

•Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

•Bulk orders or complex customizations may require additional processing time.

Important Shipping Notes:

•Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

•Ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
